4. Alternatively, you can enter the draw by sending your name, address and gestation term to Marketing Communications, First Encounters Ultrasound Ltd, Unit 3 Maes Y Gwenyn, Rhoose, Vale of Glamorgan, CF62 3LA. Only one entry per stamped envelope will be accepted.
5. Entries must be received by midnight on the last day of each calendar month. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via third parties are invalid. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
6. Only one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize
7. The draw will be made on the 1st day of each calendar month.
8. The winner will be selected at random.
9. The winner will be notified via email or post within seven days after the draw. The winner must claim their prize within 14 working days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
