"What a lovely experience! We were welcomed immediately by the lovely receptionist who was warm and friendly. We waited for 5 minutes to be seen and was then escorted into the room where the scan would be. Our Sonographer put us at ease straight away and explained the process. Seeing our baby for the first time was just magical. I immediately burst into tears - the Sonographer had tissues at the ready. I would highly recommend the earlyAssure scan to anyone. Worth every penny!!!"

"Very well organised, modern large rooms with excellent view of screens. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The sonographer was able to tell the gender of our baby within minutes then proceeded to share the images of our baby with us. We also purchased a cannon to launch to find out the baby’s gender which the team kept secret for us. Highly recommended."

"Our experience at First Encounters was second to none. After experiencing 5 losses, I was incredibly emotional and anxious about the scan, but every lady that I came in to contact with was absolutely wonderful. They were all so kind and patient with me and really reassuring throu ghout. I felt at ease around them and felt as though I could ask questions and get honest feedback, delivered kindly. We were so lucky that this time, our scan was a positive experience and I have no doubt that the environment created by First Encounters supported this."
